Dr A Jacovides Clinical Trials is based at the Midrand Medical Centre in Midrand. Since inception, over 300 multi-national clinical trials in a wide range of therapeutic areas with most of the global major pharmaceutical companies have been conducted. 

 

Our team of Doctors and Nurses are GCP (Good Clinical Practice) compliant and well trained in their respective roles for the trials being conducted.

Currently, we are conducting several Covid-19 trials: outpatient therapeutic trials as well as Vaccine studies.

Other trials currently in progress are vaccine studies for the RS (Respiratory Syncytial) and the Influenza virus.

In the CV (Cardiovascular) and Metabolic disease therapeutic area we are conducting trials in Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol and Obesity.

Asthma, Emphysema and Osteoarthritis studies are being planned for the near future.
